    Hello my fellow admins,

Who are you using as your Corporate Travel Provider and who would you recommend?

    Hello Camille,

A few years ago, I was involved in selecting a corporate travel provider. We had narrowed it down to Egencia and Concur. We decided to go with Egencia as at the time they did not charge us a fee to enable SSO (Single Sign On). Fast forward, I now work with a company who uses Concur.

I highly recommend working with a member of your finance team in the selection process as you want which ever travel provider software you choose to work seamlessly with your expensing software.

The beauty of Concur is booking trips and expensing on done together. So, itineraries automatically are loaded into expense reports and Admins only need to learn one program. Concur also provides better training and has an assistant feature to guide users step by step on how to book travel and do their expenses. They just upgraded there program to be much more user friendly.

Hindsight 20/20, we should have selected Concur at my previous workplace.

    My very best,

    Holly
