We are a small company but growing quickly. We are looking for recommendations on which CRM/Project Management software to use.
We currently use only Excel spreadsheets to track everything from our basic CRM information and project tracking information. There is a ton of duplication and a lot of options for errors to be made or just data not being recorded properly.
It has been recommended that we look at Zoho and Monday for the CRM and Zoho, Monday, Bonsai, and Teamwork for the Project Management. I'm leaning toward Zoho because it seems to have everything as well as the option to integrate a lot of apps that we may be able to use going forward. It also seems to be cheaper than using Monday.
Our key uses would be to link everything together: customer database, project tracking (includes company info, site visits, budgets, staffing, scheduling, etc.), Excel downloads is a high priority for reporting. I'm sure there is more but I don't know what I don't know.
I would welcome your thoughts and any positive or negative experience using CRM/Project Management software.
