    I love this! At our office we take part in a program called Make Your Move at Work through the Healthy Tomorrow Foundation. We find ways to add more movement to each day. On Wednesdays at noon, we have a wellness walk for anyone that wants to join. If you're in Nova Scotia, I encourage you to check it out. If you're outside of the province, it may still be checking for encouragement.
