Proud to be starting the Fora Coaching Program for young Directors!

Met with my Young Director last month, and with the other Coaches on Friday! Fora has developed a perfect formula for bringing DEI to the attention of NFP boards across Canada. https://www.foranetwork.org/gb-cohort-6

"Fora's Girls on Boards program is putting forward a new vision for governance in Canada. By placing experienced emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds at the board table, Girls on Boards is building a new generation of decision-makers. To best support these young leaders, established professional women in their respective fields provide hands-on and consistent support throughout the Young Director's one-year term on a board."Girls on Boards 2022
I've been mentoring and coaching emerging Board of Directors Governance Administrators around the world for a very, very long time. I'm honoured to have been selected to join these remarkable women as part of the Girls on Boards 2022 cohort. The ForaCoaching program is one of the amazing opportunities my diligence and laser focused expertise has brought my way.

Do you work with the Board of Directors? Which sector?
Have you had specialized training to help you develop the attributes highly sought after board governance administrators need to bring to the table? I don't mean a short one-off class on a routine obligation like recording minutes, but deep-dive training in ALL of the other complex governance administration management responsibilities, Public, Private and NFP, and the reasons behind them.

I'd love to hear about it.
    Cheers, Kathryn
